How is it the ocean can make you feel so relevant and so insignificant at the same time?

Dom- Jiu-jitsu world champion. Don't mess with him...or his @monkeytape. πŸ’πŸ“Ό

Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful people inside and out I've ever known. Love you Laney. ❀️

Adventuring down the 101 with my bestie all weekend. Life ain't so bad. ❀️ πŸ“·: @alanathejane

Thanks for always being my model when I'm experimenting with lighting, equipment, life, and in this case, headlights. 😘 @alyssa.mov #somelikeithot

From last night's shoot...
I've been working with the nonprofit organization @routeusaorg, who sorts trash collected from beach clean-ups and passes it along to artists who then use the trash to create art. Such a cool project, and I am so excited to be a part of it.

Pictured here are glasses and rope that were found washed up from the ocean.

Thanks for being a piece of art Chris, and thanks for your creative direction, Alyssa. ❀️❀️ #marinelitter

I just got a new camera and want to test its low light capabilities. DM me if you're down to model for me this afternoon/evening. (In San Diego- not Seattle, though this photo was taken there.) #didiconfuseyou

A Penny Lane rivalry.

Everything about the @sdpubliclibrary is inspiring...even the parking garage, (which, by the way, has free parking with validation from inside). #dtsdLifeHack

It's been a long week. I'm thinking about cashing out my Acorns account and taking a vacation. I'm not sure my idea of a vacation is normal though. I just want to drive through the desert and find neon signs to photograph. 🌡✌🏽

I've spent the majority of my photography career doing everything by myself, and I'd have to say it was my dumbest move yet.
Collaborating is the best thing you can do for your art and for yourself. It expands your idea pallet, strengthens friendships, and motivates the hell out of you.
If you're a photographer, painter, actor, or even an accountant, do yourself a favor, and get out there and find some like-minded people that are up for some idea bouncing.
Once you're collaborating, I swear to you, you'll only improve. If you prove me wrong, I'll buy you lunch.
