What is better than ovenbaked veggies?? Ovenbaked red pepper stuffed with beluga lentils and quinoa. Besides some ovenbaked leek with swinging homemade Za'tar, yummy reduced tomato thyme sauce topped with roasted sage and a fresh simple lettuce!

Still happy about this EAT ART event at the "sommergalerie" from @kunsthandel_anne_uhrlandt .
I had the chance to make a culinary interpretation of the "paintings" of Simon James @simjam33 . He created and developed his very own way of "painting". Using his body for the wild style painting, working with many layers, then removing them partly, letting come the downsides up by sanding the surface....Sometimes he destroys his artwork and cuts little "cells" out, asking the visitors to create a new artwork on the wall by putting the cells were they want to. At the end everyone was invited to choose his favourite cell and take it to his hometown. Spread art and love. 🍐
This is my first course: an earthy beetroot pear soup with drips of coconut milk, some scratches in the surface (a further technique of Simon) and dried flowers. The soup has been served in an rectangular bowl, to make it look like an artwork. I destroyed the artwork when I filled the soup into the glasses. More pics will follow. See also link in bio.

I have some news for you:
First news today: this is my first post with my new I Phone 7. I think the difference is visible...and the DSLR full frame camera will follow too :)
You see my breakfast of today...to be honest it is the leftover from this morning what I ate this afternoon. Banana pancakes inspired by Klara from @klaraslife with filleted oranges, cinnamon and maple syrup. Wow. So juicy and spongy and yay!

Hi lovelies,
this time a red wine jelly with some leftover cooking wine.
While I was looking for my agar agar, a glass filled with star anise was drawing attention to my eyes. Ok, christmas is still a little far away, but who cares!? Star anise and cardamom found good company with red wine, raw cane sugar, xylitol, a pinch of rock salt and a splash of lemon juice.

What to do with a lot of overripe bananas??
Some of them are waiting in the freezer to become nice cream, the other guys are hanging around in the fridge and waiting for their chance to get revitalized by being roasted with Alsan and some almonds.
They match perfectly to an overnight something out of oats, oatmilk and chiaseeds...if you wish add ground tigernuts, spices and nut butter!! Top with fresh blueberries and gooseberries. Yum? Yum!
