Through all my trial and error I really though I was different I thought I was just meant to be heavy and no matter what I did I would always go back to being unhappy with the way I looked!
Let’s be real! I was not putting all my hard work into my goals! I was doing perfectly fine until I saw a box of Pizza, then suddenly my goals were not as important as satisfying my cravings!
Discipline is something you learn and acquire with time is a struggle with the person you are and the person hiding inside you that you want to bring out!
I had the power in me to make small changes, but I would choose to ignore and convince myself the small changes would never lead to a big improvement! I always thought a Big transformation was full of drastic miserable changes and I was just not strong enough nor disciplined enough to make that happen!
I did not want to see that by just saying no to pizza 6 times a week, going to the gym and actually working out for 1 hour (not texting for 10 min in between) being consistent and also being patient I was going to achieve my dream body! Many small changes is exactly what it takes! There is not a RIGHT OR WRONG answer here!
