From Dining Services: Meatless Monday -- If you’re looking for a vegetarian or vegan option at the dining center, you are in luck. Every day we have at least one vegetarian/vegan entree, one vegan salad and one vegetarian soup. Be creative and head over to the deli area to make yourself a healthy wrap, or grab some pasta and pack it with veggies for a delicious meal! Shown is a delicious vegan wrap paired with apple slices and the Vegetarian Roasted Red Pepper and Smoked Gouda Bisque. It includes hummus, romaine, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes and avocado on a spinach wrap.

It’s not too late to register for the Pumpkin Run, presented by the Fitness Centers! Walk-in registration and check in begins at 3:30pm in Marano Campus Center food court, with the race starting at 4:30pm. It’s only $5 to register, proceeds supporting Blessings in a Backpack. Today is SUNY Oswego’s 2018 Columbus Day Open House! Special events, like walking & bus tours of the campus, an information fair, and presentations will take place throughout the day!

Refinery29 co-founder/global editor-in-chief Christene Barberich, a 1991 Oswego graduate in both English writing arts and in art as well as a speaker at May's Commencement, had a great interview on ABC News Radio's "No Limits with Rebecca Jarvis." Christene talked about her early interest in storytelling, her career working in publishing and the important role that her majors at Oswego played in her success.
