Children/teens today are showing signs of anxiety, stress and even depression and while diet places a huge role in that. although i don't have kids it is so important to me with my future little ones to help guide them showing them the simple act of to how to stop, focus, and just breathe. the best gift you can give someone is the teaching of peace and balance within your life. To take the good and the bad, to never see things negatively because ultimately they are more so lessons to take with you for the BETTERMENT of yourself.
