Joint/connective tissue work after a long walk (or climb). Try 3 min in each pose, hold longer if desired & if there is no pain.
1. STRADDLE for inner thighs & low back (if low back/knees/hamstrings hurt in pose, put pillow support under knees & do not lean fwd, or do 1 leg straight other heel to groin then switch sides). Stimulates bladder, liver, kidney & spleen.
2. ANKLE Stretch / SADDLE Variation for quads, shins, & front of ankles (if knees/ankles hurt DO NOT LEAN BACK and sit up higher on pillows under your seat). Stomach, spleen, liver, gall bladder strongly stimulated. This pose is hell on my ankles on a hard floor, but bliss on a couch!
3. SPHINX for front body stretch (if low back hurts in pose, legs straight or lower your chest). This is my go-to TV watching pose. If you feel compression (but not pain) at low back, then kidneys & adrenal glands are stimulated.
4. LEGS UP THE WALL for ankle swelling & hamstrings (if hamstrings too intense, bend knees w feet flat on wall). Stimulates bladder, legs wide version can stimulate liver & spleen.
