Last nights leg workout ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ‘

Here are a few exercises I included in last nights workout. Note: exercises are sped up for entertainment purposes. Make sure you are SLOWING down the movement and squeezing muscle to move weight, donโ€™t just bounce or fling the weight around ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

1๏ธโƒฃ Machine Squats- 3x20 at ~135 lbs
2๏ธโƒฃ Leg Press- 3x15 at 320 lbs
3๏ธโƒฃ Lying Hamstring Curls- 3x15 at 50 lbsโ€” really focus on keeping the lower back stable and squeezing only the hamstrings to curl the weight. Most ppl do this exercise wrong, fling the weight around, and use A LOT of their lower back. So, slow it down, control it, abs activate the correct muscle ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Mechanical Drop Set with Barbell Squats for the Legs & Booty ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ฆ

Mechanical drop sets are different than regular drop sets, in the fact that the LOAD remains the SAME, but you switch to an EASIER variation of the same EXERCISE to exhaust the muscles.

I started off with regular, full range Barbell squats, then finished off with box squats. I didn't put down the weight at all during the 2 minute set and got in as many reps as I could before falling over ๐Ÿ˜‚โ™ฟ๏ธ
