Ladies and gents, we are back! We've been taking a hiatus from IG while we focused on revamping and improving the Strength Lab program. We've ditched 8-week cycles and have developed a continuous progression that allows anyone wanting to get stronger to jump in at any point. The 'Merican Freedom Workout.
For our strength work, grab your drink of choice and crush as many 12 oz curls as you can in 24 hours. Once you hit conditioning, we are doing sprint repeats away from explosives. If you get burned, you're moving too slow. Then for recovery, slam ample amounts of beer, hot dogs, and burgers.

The struggle is too real. 😂

Start of a fresh strength cycle! If you were on the Strength Lab team this time last year, you definitely remember the Beast Cycle. Without a doubt, it has been our most popular cycle and when we ran the testing statistics at the end of the cycle, we had the most strength increases compared to all other cycles. We're bringing it back, but have made it even better to make you even beefier. So if you haven't been lucky enough to experience it yet, now is your chance. We start tomorrow!
