Did you think being right- or left handed is unimportant when it comes to food? - Think again! Research indicates that your individual preference for use of a hand is a key genetic factor that influences many areas of health and well-being.
Throughout your life, you’ve probably observed that some people tend to lose weight more easily, while for others, their weight is an ongoing battle. Or wondered why some people are plagued by chronic illness while others stay healthy and vital well into their advanced years. - Very simply, the answer is in your handedness.
Even though you are living in the 21st century, you share a common bond with your ancestors. The genetic information that resulted in their particular characteristics has been passed on to you.

So: Knowing your hand preference is an IMPORTANT tool for understanding how your body reacts to food, your gut bacteria status, your susceptibility to disease, your natural reaction to stress - and much more. Your hands are as unique as your fingerprints. - A one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition does NOT work! You must adopt your diet to LEFT or RIGHT. A good example is which fruit and vegetables to eat. If you are left handed, you should pick items thats starts early in the alphabet. Muscle growth mechanism is commonly (and wrongly!) explained with the 3 components of disruption of homeostasis:
1. Tension
2. Damage
3. Stress
...but this is not corecct! The truht is that it's the ROTATION and the VORTEX motion that is the key. My client results & experience is backing this up. Since the sun & the stars is moving in VORTEX, so should we, for maximum results. If you always remember to ROTATE during workout, satellite cells in your muscle fibres will recognize the movements of the Universe and give you 110% effect in return. - LIFE IS A VORTEX, DON'T TRY TO STOP IT!

Free advice from the coach: This excersise is almost always performed the wrong way. You have to pull the lower arm backwords to get the external rotation right, as in the picture to the right, naturally applied to a rotation/gravity momentum. Cuff muscles won't grow unless they're EXTRACTED & stressed by the LAWS of Newton & friends. And your trapetzius needs 100 degrees, nothing more, nothing less.
