❗New Recipe Alert❗If you haven't had a chance to try our new Dill & Chive Crepe Mix, we have the perfect recipe for you! For all you savory lovers, these Smoked Salmon Bites are incredibly easy to make and full of flavor. Have a few with your cup of morning coffee or snack on them later in your day - oh la la!
Recipe 👇
What you’ll need
☕️ 6 Dill & Chive crepes, prepared as directed
☕️ 1 - 5oz block Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese, room temperature
☕️ 4oz smoked salmon
☕️ Fresh Dill, chopped
How to make them
☕️ Spread 2 Tablespoons Boursin cheese on each crepe, leaving the outer 1/4” empty
☕️ Sprinkle chopped fresh dill on top of cheese and top with smoked salmon
☕️ Roll up each crepe, enclosing the salmon and cheese. Slice into 1” pieces and serve

What You’ll Need:
2 1/2 pounds skinless center cut salmon fillet, pin bones removed
Stonewall Kitchen Maine Seafood Rub
2 dozen 6-inch bamboo skewers
Pan spray
1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wasabi Ginger Sauce for dipping
How To Make It:
Preheat griddle to med-high heat.
Cut salmon into 24 strips approximately 4x3/4x1/4-inch.
Thread salmon onto bamboo skewers.
Lightly season salmon with Maine Seafood Rub
Spray griddle with pan spray.
Place salmon skewers on griddle and cook approximately 1 minute per side.
Arrange on a tray with a small bowl of Wasabi Ginger Sauce.

We’re celebrating with a delicious breakfast #bagel (recipe 👇) and #pizza (recipe in bio) for lunch ... and maybe for dinner if there are leftovers🤞
You’ll need:
2 pumpernickel bagels, cut in half and toasted
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
2-3 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam
6 ounces smoked salmon
1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
Fresh dill
Here’s what to do:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Roasted Garlic Onion Jam. Mix until uniform.
Spread flavored cream cheese over bottom half of each bagel. Top each with smoked salmon, cucumber and a few sprigs of fresh dill.
Place top half of bagel over dill and serve.

We could eat these all day 😍
