Sometimes things from the past resurface to remind us of the lesson, not necessarily as an invitation to re-live. When you’ve been hurt or wronged, or had to overcome a big challenge in your life, it’s only natural for those things to resurface from time to time. Don’t let the random memories make you think that you have to revisit all of the old emotions that were attached. Sometimes it’s just as simple as reminding us of how far we’ve come, and just how much we’ve left behind. We grow through what we go through so when you find yourself revisiting things that no longer serve you, leave the old emotions behinds and instead, acknowledge how strong and resilient you’ve become. Thank the past, be grateful for the present, and design the future of your dreams.✨

Find your little luxuries - the small indulgences you can enjoy when you’re in need of a boost and a little TLC. Remember, it’s not selfish to take care of yourself, it’s necessary.💕 #sundayvibes

It’s an extra large, fill to the top, brew a second cup kinda morning☕️ Can anyone else relate?

“Once in awhile someone comes into your life and changes everything. They will cheer you up when you’re down, laugh with you until your stomach hurts, and make you feel at home when you are far away. No matter the distance, she will follow your arrow - wherever it may go.”💕
This couldn’t be more fitting! A beautiful day spent with one of my favourite human-beings and lifelong “sole-sister”👠 @melissavictoriab

Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you’ve always imagined.💕 #youaremagic

A strong woman loves, forgives, walks away, let’s go, tries again, and perseveres no matter what life throws at her.💫

In the words of my belated uncle: "In life, the would've, should've, could'ves don't matter." It's not about the "what ifs", it's about the "what happened". The choices we've made, the paths we've taken, and although we may not have the best of everything, we need to learn to make the best of everything. Make sure when you're writing the story of your life, that you write each page with purpose. Tomorrow isn't promised to any of us, so make the most of today, and every day, in whatever way possible.✨
To a man who lived a thousand lives to the will forever be in our hearts.🙏🏼❤️#oneyeartoday

It was a weekend filled with an abundance of love and happiness in every possible way celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and the arrival of my new little princess💗 We couldn’t be more grateful for our incredible family and friends who have been there by our sides, through every bump and curve over the past decade. These are the people that make the harder times easy and the good times great🙏🏼Today we officially celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday, our 7 year wedding anniversary (and 10 years together) and the greatest gift of all...our new family💗 #blessed #grateful #whatsmattersmost

Every experience in life is an opportunity to rebuild, reinvent, rediscover, reconnect, and redesign. Take every lesson and let it enhance your life. Much like the season before us, you are meant to shed the old in order to discover the new.🍂

You can find me somewhere between inspiring people, working on myself, dodging negativity, and slaying my goals.✨

“The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.” ~ Oprah Winfrey✨

Allow yourself to grow and evolve unapologetically. Stop minimizing your strengths, downplaying your dreams, and preventing yourself from thinking too big because of those who think too small. Continue to grow. You have one life. Spend it being proud of yourself, forgiving yourself, supporting yourself, and most importantly loving yourself. Give yourself the liberating gift of freedom by letting go of everything that no longer serves you and supports your betterment. Remember: in order to receive all that is good, you must first release all that is no longer necessary. Step out of the old and into your greatness...Your future-self will thank you for it✨
