Looking AHEAD after spending the day thinking BACK. Today, I spent over 12 hours in my car by myself. No friends, no coworkers, not even my dog, allowing me a lot of time to reflect. Although I had a lot of time to think, it was still a very busy and productive day. I left NYC before sunrise and drove to the Catskills to secure an incredible 450 acre exclusive which I will be listing in the Fall, with what I predict to be one of my most innovative marketing campaigns to date (very excited to share!). I then went to Hudson, NY to pick up windows for my pool house - windows that took months to source and find, as I wanted the age of the windows to be consistent with the age of the structure, which is over 100 years old and was built by the 1st woman AIA architect. I then decided to drive straight the Hamptons (took about 5 hours with traffic, thanks for suggestion Jess) and made it here just in time to take the windows out of my car and get to the beach for a quick swim before dark with this amazing sunset as my backdrop. What I realized today is in what is the busiest time of my life, between work, this show, another project I am starting (stay tuned), finishing my house, etc., it is also the happiest. I feel very fortunate to be in the position I am in, even though it came from years of sweat and hard work, but I still feel lucky as well. And I appreciate all the love and support from all 111k of you (or maybe 110,999...hi haters 👋🏻 joking...). So, thank you for that and I sincerely hope everyone has a lovely weekend.
