#tbt to my best shape, took a lot of work and discipline to get here. A lot of people underestimate the amount of work it takes to be in a shredded condition. I was doing an hour of cardio daily & eating a strict clean diet but this is what it takes. It's simple and basic, just get your cardio done and don't cheat on your diet. Mentally some people can't do that but you gotta start holding yourself accountable if you want to reach your goals. Same goes for bulking, you need to eat a lot of food & train really heavy. Hold yourself accountable if you want to reach any goal you set for yourself. #disciplineiskey
