Last week we were in Mykonos- next week we’l be in France and London!! 😆 love my life.

Trying to make sure that I incorporate at least one strength session in a week with @djkfitness as I tend to skip our #kicgirls strength days! Never intentionally ... I think I just naturally prefer the other days so now locking in one day a week with Dan is keeping me accountable! Strength exercises are so important and if your goal is to look leaner or loose weight then the more muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn! Of course we all put on muscle differently and look different when we do different types of training - but I think it’s important to have a mixture of different training styles in your routine so that you can learn what your body responds well to! And personally mine responds best to a wide variety! I look and feel my best when I have a bit of everything in my routine and that is why I love #kicgirls! Because it’s exactly that. 👊🏻

Your healthiest weight isn’t necessarily your skinniest or your lightest. Your weight also doesn’t define your health. Find that active lifestyle where you fuel your body with the right foods, BUT still enjoy yourself and live your life and ENJOY your life. To be healthy is to be happy in all aspects of life. And everyone’s healthy balance is different, respect that and you do you. #kicgirls was created to help girls find a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and ultimately is helping girls fall back in love with their body because they’re enjoying life while looking after themselves! ❤️ @keepitcleaner

I use to hate my bum, because back in the day trying to get my hip measurements down for modeling meant I needed to loose my bum! I realized that I had to do some pretty unhealthy things to get there and that really I didn’t NEED to do anything... that it was still a choice of mine and that I didn’t need to listen to someone else who was telling me to change who I was. We all look different and that’s both a genetic thing and a lifestyle thing. Do not try and look like someone else or try and change for anyone else but yourself. Be the best you and love the skin you’re in ❤️ #kicgirls

#kicgirls SUNDAY RUNDAY! I was NOT a ‘runner’ in the slightest before following #kicgirls and now I’m starting to see why @laura.henshaw loves it so much! I did a walk/run today, 10km on the treadmill in 58:20 and I’m stoked! @keepitcleaner

We decided to organize a self love picnic in the park in London on the 26th of July! We thought an event to get some KIC Girls and Goddesses together would be fun, and we’re going to pick 20 of you to join us!
