Modesto's only Hybrid Athlete training center just got better!

We will now be offering three exclusive tracks of Hybrid Athlete training - The Hybrid Training Method, Tactical Athlete training, and Obstacle Course Race training. All three training tracks now include new powerlifting/strongman/weightlifting focused strength blocks, improved endurance/speed training, and athletic performance assessments. Our Hybrid Athlete training is adaptable to any individual - from a professional athlete to a stay at home mom.

QUICK TIP -- READ BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Most discomfort with the kettlebell snatch happens on the upswing when the bell abruptly meets the forearm. If you or your trainee is slamming their forearm chances are good the initial pull is done with too straight of an arm. This forces the kettlebell up and over (as the the top video shows.) One fix is to keep the kettlebell tighter to the body on the way up. This allows for more control and a smoother landing whether you use the corkscrew or punch method. It allows for the bell to have a "weightless" point right before impact that will give you the opportunity to dictate where the bell lands.

So its been a year and a couple months since Ive tested my body composition.
My weight went up 3.2lbs
Lean Mass went up 26.5lbs
Body Fat went down 23.2lbs
And my Metabolic Rate went up by 64 calories
