Pre-delivery I was about 192 lbs. Up from 138 pre-preggo. I am three months ppd and I'm sitting at 151 lbs. I'm so thrilled that I lost as much as I did just from nursing and caring for my baby but it's time to get back to healthy. Looks aside, I'm not at a healthy weight for my body, I'm tired often, and I still don't fit into my clothes.
I'm ready to get back to focusing on my health now that my baby is more independent and takes longer naps. I have big goals and I'm pumped to get going ☺️ it's been a slow start but who cares... I'm still getting used to having to juggle life with a baby!
So my desired weight is 130-135 with muscle and tone. This is what I was at when I was at my fittest, according to bod pod measurements. My body fat was in the athletic category and muscke strength was even across my whole body. And I got there at with only my Beachbody programs and nutrition plans.
Guys, the programs are amazing if you stick with them... And the support from the company is great.. if you have issues that need problem-solved, unique circumstances, or need help with feedback on your form it's all there.
I couldn't have reached my goals before without these programs and I'm so excited to use them again to get back to my pre-preggo fitness. We are meant to move and meant to eat food that fuels our body.
