Where do you do your best brainstorming?

Sculptural artist Christina Graziano designs jewelry and homegoods for Blade & Knoll (@bladeandknoll) as an exploration of minimalism and contemporary form. Her creations are constantly changing to reflect her artistic inspiration and aesthetic.

Photographer, content creator and travel expert Lucy Laucht (@lucylaucht) has made a career out of her lifelong wanderlust and curiosity to discover inspiring, off-beat places. She is also the editor of These Foreign Lands (@theseforeignlands), a travel site offering insider insights and a curation of the very best experiences and recommendations.

“Get paid what you deserve.” As co-founders of @LadiesGetPaid, Claire Wasserman and Ashley Louise both take shrinking the wage gap very seriously. When they started the company, Claire says she was "craving a space where women could support one another by openly sharing their professional struggles." Now, that's just what they’re doing through a series of town hall events, female empowerment conferences and even a private Slack channel where members can contribute their own two cents.

She says her life's work is "to serve, empower and celebrate women of color through a series of creative practices." And she's just getting started. She works as both the art director and podcast co-host for Black Girl In Om (@blackgirlinom) and co-founded Lifestyle with Ivory + Ash, a mindfulness brand rooted in affirmations and illustrations for contemporary women of color.

In order to ‘Tip the Scales,’ former broadcast journalist and current YouTube lifestyle vlogger Aja Dang (@ajadang) uses her videos to share honest advice on everything from natural beauty tips to student debt to financial independence with her audience. As an outspoken advocate for women, she has developed a fashion capsule collection called “A Woman’s Worth” and is committed to donating 10% of the proceeds to Planned Parenthood.

Feminist writer, activist and organizer Gloria Steinem (@gloriasteinem) is a frequent media spokeswoman on issues of equality. She is particularly interested in the shared origins of sex and race caste systems, gender roles and child abuse as roots of violence, non-violent conflict resolution, the cultures of indigenous peoples, and organizing across boundaries for peace and justice. She recently published her latest book, “My Life on the Road,” about her lifetime of travel, of activism and leadership.
