Presenting Poive Raz 2019! This golden sour is aged in oak with raspberries and pink peppercorns. We also dug deep into our cellar to offer vintage bottles of this beer from the past two years. Vintages are Barrel Room only, but this year’s batch will be also available on shelves soon. Come and get it!

🚫🍑 TRIPLE RELEASE TODAY, 5/24 🚫🍑 Our third release for Memorial Day weekend has got nothin' to hide. No Fuzz is a golden sour lager aged in French oak with nectarines. Bold and juicy, tart and fruity, this beer is spring refreshment in a bottle. Available now at the Barrel Room and out in the world. Come stock up for the long weekend!

❓❗ TRIPLE RELEASE FRIDAY, 5/24 ❓❗ Our second release for Memorial Day weekend is lookin’ real good, Amirite?! Heavy additions of Idaho 7, Lemondrop, and Amarillo hops give this IPA bright flavors of peach, papaya, and citrus. Barrel Room tomorrow, distro Monday. We've still got one more beer to announce, keep it locked!

🛡 ⚔ TRIPLE RELEASE FRIDAY, 5/24 ⚔ 🛡

First up we have Secret Shields, a dry-hopped Belgian-style pale ale. This beer features floral Tettnang and Crystal hops, alongside an all-pilsner malt base, for a light and crisp snap of flavor. Available Friday at the Barrel Room, with limited distribution next week. More to come, stay tuned!

Another week, another reason to pull some nails and cozy up #betweentwobarrels. We checked in on a few barrels dubbed “Paloma” this time around (barreled 3/28/19). As you can guess, our goal with this beer was to replicate the tequila-grapefruit cocktail of the same name, and it’s making great strides even after a few short months. Grapefruit has already been thrown in, but the beer definitely needs more of that tequila kick that age will bring. Once that ramps up, it’ll be bottled and join our Not Stirred series! #itsallgoodinthewood

We’re not playing games, our Barrel Room is open tonight and we have a bunch of beers for you to drink. Well, maybe a few games.

Welcome back to Between Two Barrels, where we pull nails and check on what’s barrel-aging behind the scenes. This week, we sampled “Foeder Red w/ Raisins” (barreled 12/17/18), a wild red ale aged with raisins.

We actually pulled nails on this beer in preparation to send it into stainless steel tanks. It's pretty much ready to be bottled, which is a thrill - pronounced oak flavor, beautiful dark fruit notes, and a hint of something one of our brewers called “autumnal foliage.” Some time bottle conditioning and it’ll be ready for the big time! #itsallgoodinthewood #betweentwobarrels
