Growing up no-bake cookies were always one my favorites to eat and make!😋 At one point I feel like I was making a batch a week! For today’s recipe, I kept the classic no bake cookie ingredients - peanut butter, chocolate, and oatmeal - but made a change to create a healthy no bake cookie recipe featuring @splenda Naturals! 😍There’s no excuse for not having time to make this quick and healthy dessert with just 5 ingredients! No-Bake Cookies:
3c Old Fashioned Oats
1/4c @splenda Naturals
1/4c Cacao powder
1/2c Almond milk
1/2c Peanut butter

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until well combined. Scoop into balls on a baking sheet and place the cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld.🍪 Enjoy!💕

🍝 When I hear people say awesome sauce, I’m pretty sure they’re talking about my homemade spaghetti sauce! I polled you guys on IG stories earlier, and a whopping 91% of you wanted to make this. 🙌🏻 Right on! Because most processed pasta sauces at the supermarket have excess calories, a ton of of salt, and WAY too much added sugar. 🙅🏻‍♀️ Many supermarket sauces are made with oils that have inflammatory omega-6s, but my sauce has oleic acid from the extra virgin olive oil that is good for you! And my sauce has no added sugar and uses just a tiny amount (half a teaspoon) of @Splenda Naturals Stevia Sweetener to sweeten the whole pot; a little really goes a long way.

This recipe makes more than enough for a week’s worth of mealprep lunches and keeps easily for 4-5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months frozen! It’s easy to reheat, just simmer in a pot until it’s warmed up. It uses 28 oz of peeled diced tomatoes, and if you’re not sure how to peel a tomato, you remove the stem, boil a pot of water, drop the tomato in and take it out after 30 seconds when the skin begins to peel. Then put the tomato into a bowl of ice water, and in about 5 minutes the skin should come right off with your hands! OR if you’re short on time you can buy a can of already peeled and diced tomatoes, which makes the prep for this entire recipe 10 minutes or less!

Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
⅓ cup @splenda Naturals stevia sweetener
1 egg
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Freshly squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk .

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degreees. In a blender, combine oats, shredded coconut, baking powder/soda, protein powder, Splenda Naturals. Blend until a fine crumble forms. Set aside. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together egg and coconut oil. Add dry ingredients + tablespoon almond milk and mix until combined. Transfer mixture to a ziplock bag, cut the end and pipe into donut wells. Bake 12-14 minutes. Allow pronuts to cool. For the glaze, combine 1/4 cup @splenda naturals + ½ cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 tablespoon protein powder. You may adjust ratio depending on desired consistency. Dip into shredded coconut and enjoy a delicious treat without the guilt! 👌🏼🍩😋#splendanaturals #sponsored
