1 cup gluten free oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
⅓ cup @splenda Naturals stevia sweetener
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Freshly squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk .
Preheat oven to 350 degreees. In a blender, combine oats, shredded coconut, baking powder/soda, protein powder, Splenda Naturals. Blend until a fine crumble forms. Set aside. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together egg and coconut oil. Add dry ingredients + tablespoon almond milk and mix until combined. Transfer mixture to a ziplock bag, cut the end and pipe into donut wells. Bake 12-14 minutes. Allow pronuts to cool. For the glaze, combine 1/4 cup @splenda naturals + ½ cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 tablespoon protein powder. You may adjust ratio depending on desired consistency.
