This fancy-looking dinner literally took me 15 minutes to make! And that's because everything was meal-prepped beforehand, sitting in the fridge and waiting for me to make into a meal.
This bowl has: tomatoes, roasted butternut squash in chipotle powder, sprouts (home-grown), sprouted and cooked lentils, greens, home-made dehydrated curry walnuts, home-made cashew sour cream. Total winner flavor-wise!
If you want to feel awesome and get healthy, toss the processed food aside! Processed food, sugar, oil, and preservatives will not help you stay healthy long-term. So many store-bought stuff has processed ingredients, and we often don't even notice them! These are the real cause for disease, weight gain, horrible skin, and so many other conditions that plague our world right now.
