For sure have goals and ambitions and always try your best every day. That goes without saying. But constantly worrying about the future and how you are going to overcome this and that will only prevent you from living and enjoying each moment, then BOOM, your life will be over! Meditating for 10 minutes a day will help you to do this. Bringing your attention and focus to breathing in the present moment will help to clear your mind and find the answers you are looking for.
Everything I write about here is directly related to things I am experiencing in my life. Today I sat for some time and meditated at the top of Tiger Cave Temple. By using my breath and focus I was able to think of nothing apart from my breathing. Afterwards I could think clearly, my words were flowing when I was writing. The worries I had earlier, were no longer of concern. I was lucky enough to be sat in one of the most beautiful peaceful places in the world today but I also came to the realisation that if you choose to be happy, you can find peace anywhere.
