It was one of those mornings where it felt like the universe was conspiring against me, I will spare the details!
Some serious energy needed shifting so I proceeded to place little jars of Himalayan salt water in the corners of the bedroom, scrubbed my self down with the pink stuff in the shower and covered my mama of a rose quartz clay ‘necklace’ with sage. Now let’s gets this day started!
Happy Tuesday!

It’s the month of 💙. Luna Blanford is on board with her mahogany hearts and my porcelain beads just in time for valentines!

Sequin tridents back in stock!
Loving the royal blue velvet and gold combo! 💙

We sailed and then we danced! Great end to a fantastic day!

Valentines prep!
Loving the grey and pink! ❤️

Yay! The gold hoops (and now silver too!) are back in stock! ❤️

Seeing stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Been out the studio for most of this week due to annual cleaning and painting of the exterior!
Back to printing up some big star ⭐️ tote bags that will be ready for the markets this weekend!

One of the best things about clay is that you never know what you will get exactly. Opening the kiln is like opening presents on Christmas morning. The beads are all local Barbadian clay which vary in colour depending on the batch!
The evil eyes are made of porcelain, the layers created by layering different colours of porcelain together and scraping away the excess... only about a third survive the full process.

Absolutely in ❤️ with how these turned out!

Look at those shadows!
Wall hangings are slowly coming together!
Happy weekend!

One of my new years resolutions was to properly take advantage of the art classes that mum teaches on a Thursday.
After the two day studio clean out I found rolls of canvas off cuts that were too small for mum to use soooooo had some fun today painting some one off clutches which should be ready for the weekend!

Wall hangings in the making. ❤️

Happy New Year!

I've been quiet post Christmas in an attempt to take stock of the past year.

2017 was a year of ups and downs, new friendships, solidifying and growing others and letting go of a few.
It was a year of facing challenges in my little business which forced me to really think about where I want my brand to go.
Time flew by and I feel as though it was a year that I muddled through with out purpose and I am just grateful that I pulled it off!

2018 already feels different.
I sit here in the studio contemplating my intentions for the year ahead while sorting out the boxes of materials I have pulled from thier shelves in order to start the year off on a clean tidy foot.
This year will be a year of doing things with purpose, shutting out all the noise, really exploring who I am and how self exploration will reflect in the things I create and above all leading from a place of love.
I hope everyone has had a great start to 2018!

Love love,

Massive THANK YOU to all who shopped small this season, the support really does make all of us small designers do a happy dance. 💃💃💃 @Regrann from @spinneycottageflowers - This beautiful ceramic necklace was handmade for me by the ‘very talented’ @somethingsamarah who I discovered ‘literally’ on my doorstep at the ‘Holders Hill’ Farmers Market. It’s always a pleasure to discover new designers and I can assure you, this was not the only purchase I made! Check this ‘fab lady’ out! She ships to the UK too! #artisan #designer #newtalent #ceramic #heart #independent - #regrann

Exhausted after a early start and a crazy season, come in the studio to make up some more stock and this happens! 🦄

Early morning set up at Brighton Market!
Come down for a coffee and last minute shopping!

Late night shopping at its best! Pop in to the Tides restaurant and have a browse at the Pop Up in the courtyard!

The final push!
Last set of beads ready for the last kiln firing for 2017 tomorrow! The response the last few weeks has been unreal and I can't wait to share new collaborations and designs in 2018....but until then back to rolling!

Making a list and checking it twice..... To make sure I have all the dates!
Here is a list of ALL the markets, pop ups and open studios I'll be at between now and Christmas!
