Feeling extremely uncomfortable body wise at the moment but trying to push through that mental barrier. I thought she felt rubbish, however comparing you can see some improvement so was happy about that.

Slowly getting into these.
Vid 1 - 105kg single felt better than my 100kg lift from last week.
Vid 2 - 4 sets of 8 reps 80kg (yes I do sound like a gasping donkey! Blocked nose and multiple reps do not go hand in hand haha)
