Posting this one from a few days ago purely to show the depth with accurate form and speed. Getting depth and speed above 90kg is an absolute fucker and I'm not going to lie: I've more than served my time with pause squats, 1 and 1/4 squats and literally sitting at the bottom of a deep squat hoping that
A) I don't shit myself
B) That I can get back up
C) That I don't just die
It's taken me forever to learn patience and consistency with myself, what my bloody body can do and wants to do, and linear progression is just not what happens.
Failure, regression, persistence and being a massive sweary bastard are all character building experiences which will serve you well. If you find something hard in life, be that stubborn bastard that doesn't give up. Fail, reassess and go back in 🎤
