Filled with spiced ground beef from Madison's local Underground Food Collective sauteed with peppers and onions and topped with fresh chimichurri
Calabaza (vg)
packed with warm butternut squash and pumpkin spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon
Choclo (V)
stuffed with seasonal sweet corn, feta, bell pepper, and onion
Sides:  Berenjenas en escabeche (v)
traiditional pickled eggplant
Dessert: Dulce De leche drizzled fruit (v)
sliced pears and apples topped with smooth, sweet dulce de leche
Drinks: French Press Coffee and NessAlla Kombucha
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Café runs from 11:30- 1:30 pm every Wednesday with prices ranging from $5 to 8 dollars depending on the week!

This year we will also be continuing our Pay It Forward program. Please do not let the cost of FDN keep you from the table! Simply say that you would like to use a meal waiting at the order counter. If you'd like to donate to the program, simply pay for an extra lunch and it will be put towards someone elses meal.

Vegetarian jambalaya with the option of adding spicy Andouille sausage from Madison's own Underground Food Collective
& Baked creamy cheddar mac and cheese with local RP's pasta (v)
& Warm homemade biscuits and gravy
& Local collard greens sauteed in butter and onion (v)
DESSERT:
Sweet Potato Pie (v)
lightly spiced sweet potato pie with rich, homemade whipped cream
DRINKS:
French Press Coffee
NessAlla Kombucha

We are partnering with the student run coffee shop and social justice organization A Just Brew to bring you a delicious brunch of coffee, pancakes, and the fixings! October 7th, 11AM-1PM @ The Crossing.
Menu:
3 Swedish Pancakes
with seasonal jams and toppings including:
-Apple jam
-Aronia berry jam
-Maple syrup
and, of course, coffee provided by AJB!

The cost of this meal is $5 and our profits will help end slavery through the work of International Justice Mission.
