This Wednesday will be my friend @linacaschetto 's last day at @pasdeloupparis 😭 this place has been a gathering place for our group of friends and it will never be the same without her. I'm excited to see what she'll do next and Lina, wherever you cook, I'll be there to eat 😋😘 This is one of my favorite things on the menu: kombu-brined scallops with kohlrabi, herbs and Bella's sauce (Taiwanese five flavour sauce).

So happy that I got to see Yayoi Kusama's pumpkin in person! It was such a treat to experience all these incredibly inspiring art and Tadao Ando's architecture in Naoshima island . Highly recommend visiting if you're an art lover!
Kasumi red snow crab steamed in a traditional horaku pot. This was one of our favorite dishes from the 10- course kaiseki dinner we had at our ryokan Nishimuraya Hokan. Not only was the whole experience incredible, this was one of the best meals we have ever had! #relaischateaux
Being in Kinosaki makes me feel like I've gone back in time- seeing people waking around in traditional yukatas and wooden sandals on these picturesque streets lined with willow trees. It's a pretty special experience ☺️👘♨️
