Happy Independence Day to the founding country of the cocktail culture. We're celebrating with a double rye whiskey from High West - combining a 6-year-old 95% rye whiskey and 16-year-old 80% rye whiskey, blended in Utah using water from local sources 🇺🇸🥃

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels: we age Colombian Orthodoxy Gin in rum casks, then mix it with Del Proffesore Torino Vermouth and Campari before being barrel aged in char-prepared virgin American oak casks. After ageing, the negroni is then smoked and served with a classic orange twist.

Happy Negroni Week - we're celebrating with a capsule menu of 6 Negroni-inspired cocktails, including Count Negroni's Artillery. Gunpowder tea, Campari, dark chocolate vermouth and Indian borage tincture. Drink for a good cause.

Meet the Jack O'Mai - our twist on the tiki classic Mai Tai; we were inspired by a particular local, tropical fruit. Honey Jackfruit-infused Rum, Pimento Dram, Salted Matcha, Lemon and finished off with a sprinkle of Non-Iodized Salt Crystals.

The integrity of ingredients is important to us. Not only are the spirits we use of the finest quality; juices poured into our drinks are organic and cold-pressed. All in pursuit of the perfect cocktail.

Prepping a Mai Tai: a classic rum drink, with hints of citrus, almonds and spiced liqueurs. Spiced, sweet and sour. Meaning "out of this world" in Tahitian.

Cinco de Mayo and tequila cocktails, naturally.
