I have to stand to work today cause those squats have my quads on 🔥 I haven’t updated (officially) about @olliemarieboutique in a while... and I was informed yesterday that people do indeed still want to read my blog 🤷🏼‍♀️ So, I’m happy to share - please leave specific questions here for me to cover ☺️ I’ve also had requests for a post on AirFryer recipes 🍔

CURRENTLY: 🔥 5’5 :147-150 pounds : BF 19% macros 200c/54f/150p (on a little cut) 🍴I hit those 5-6 days a week and enjoy 1-2 meals out and off plan. Sometimes I order salmon + veggies 🥗 other times I get a burger 🍔 with 🍟 I CrossFit 6 days a week - run uhhhhh maybe 1 😆 #halfmarathontraining Today my (sweaty) workout was 8 minutes long 🤷🏼‍♀️ The rest is weightlifting 🏋🏻‍♀️ My deadlift blows, but I front squatted 160x3 today and didn’t 💦 myself so (winning) 🤣

Look who’s losing that chicken wing just in time for the CrossFit Open 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’ve been working on that kip, trying to get my hips higher and it’s paying off with these muscle ups 💯 Still can’t get those 🦋 pull-ups 😆 it’s looks like I’m having a seizure on the bar 😂😂😂 I’m not giving up though, it’ll click on day. When I was 8 the highlight of my life was going back to Indiana to visit my grandma (who had 4 boys and spoiled me rotten!) and get a perm from my aunt! To this day the smell of a perm takes me back 😍 No matter your age getting your hair done is THE BEST 🙌🏼 I just wish my grandmother would’ve lived long enough to meet my children, she died in her 50’s (WAY too young!) But damn she was so happy when I was born, a girl. We had some great years together 👯‍♀️ #twilightsparklestyle

The flu is stressing me out 😩 People are dropping like flies around me and I’m nervous to catch it close to my Disney Princess Half in ✌🏼weeks! This is literally the most expensive race I’ve ever done 🤑 I even ran 8 miles last weekend cause #training 😆 They don’t even give you a park ticket with your race entry!! What the heck!? This better be an amazing 13 miles. #disneyhalfmarathon2018

I’ve never had curly hair in my life, good thing you can still recognize me from my tan (just fake now 🙌🏽) 😎The first time I tried to lose weight I went the easy route - prepackaged meals. I worked out alone. I didn’t have anyone working with me. I lost 50 pounds, then fell off the wagon and gained it all back. ⭐️ Now I have KNOWLEDGE - I learned how to cook. I learned how to track my food. I MEAL PREP 💯 I learned what foods are made of (🤯 that fruits are carbs) 👉🏼 don't look for an easy fix. If you want to do this for life you need to put in some work. Shit, it's easier now with #2ingredientdough you can get there eating 🍕 😂 There are SO many resources to help now! I barely knew anyone who counted macros when I started, now we have an entire army 👯‍♀️ #poppysarmy

Spent the morning at the dentist 🤑 Ran a whole mile after CrossFit #halfmarathontraining 😜 Living off the #2ingredientdough 🍕Might change my life tomorrow when Amazon delivers my low carb flour 🤷🏼‍♀️ Gonna get lean eating pizza everyday 🤣 Made a new friend in a bathroom today! I’m all “hi! Oh you run, wanna come run with me??” 😅 So, what’s happening in y’alls life today? Tell me everything 🤓

‘Megan, stop being so extra!’ 🤣 NYC did not disappoint, but man I would have to live off 🍕 and 🍺 cause everything else was outrageous 🤑 Drinks range from 12-17 bucks each! We hit up @blacktapnyc for $25 milkshakes, but so worth it 🙌🏽 We spent the afternoon touring the 9/11 museum, so heartbreaking to be there and see where our country was changed forever 🇺🇸 Can’t wait to come back and explore some more!

The number one question I get asked (besides ‘what do you eat’🤣) is HOW DO I STAY MOTIVATED? 💯% it’s my friends. No matter what workout I’m doing I put effort into making friends who keep me accountable. Then we take it to the next level by coordinating our @k.deer leggings 💁🏼‍♀️ My gym time is my adult friend time, it’s more than just sweating it’s FUN. Building a better body is just a nice bonus 💪🏼 How do YOU stay motivated?

Things I never cared about before starting CrossFit 🏋🏻‍♀️ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Grip strength- now I’m obsessed with #hookgripgainz so far I’m up to 240x3 on Deadlift ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Core strength - I’m not talking abs that you can see, but serious deep shit that keeps you from folding over on a front squat 😩 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Mobility - I’ve never focused so much on stretching and recovery in my life. They are JUST as important as lifting. Hip mobility. Ankle mobility. Heck - even WRISTS!

Change your part, change your life 💁🏼‍♀️ I fix my hair 98% of the time because I have rules I set for myself to make myself feel successful each day. They don’t ALWAYS work, but most of the time they do! .............❗️
