If you’re always scared to try something new you’re never going to get where you want to be. I had so many people tell me that they were scared to try CrossFit because they didn’t want to make a full of themselves - i’ve been doing CrossFit for about a year and a half now and it still happens pretty frequently 🤣 i’ve fallen off of the box during box jumps, I have slipped off the bar trying to do muscle ups, I have whacked myself in the chin doing overhead presses, and honestly I hit my head pretty often 🤷🏼♀️ it’s fine. I’m fine. Giving up is not an option! 🏋🏼♂️ It was only 100 pounds 😏 what’s your most embarrassing gym moment??
