Friday Eve means PIZZA on the brain! πŸ•The recipe for this version is in the #SimplyTaylorCookbook, including the almond flour crust which is pretty much awesome with any toppings! Who else has a Friday pizza tradition?! πŸ™‹

Taking some time this afternoon to do a little lunch prep for the week! On the menu this week: rainbow carrots, cauliflower, and (not pictured) zucchini! For lunch I usually throw together a bunch of veggies, some kind of protein (this week it's ground turkey) and then mix in some kind of sauce like @sirkensingtons avocado mayo, @kitehillfoods Chive "cream cheese" spread, or the Cheesy Cashew Cream from my cookbook. Super easy and one less meal to think about during the week πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

My favorite Cleveland friend @beingbrigid passed through C-Bus today and the number one stop on her list was @alchemy_juice (obviously πŸ’). Introduced her to the Chunky Monkey bowl and now I'm pretty sure she's sold on moving here πŸ˜‚πŸ™ŒπŸ» Loved spending the morning catching up!

Operation "use everything left in the fridge before grocery shopping" is in FULL effect this morning. Two eggs, half an avocado, and a mix of black beans and roasted sweet potatoes πŸ‘ŒπŸ»Happy Saturday!

My favorite thing to roast on Sundays lately - a big pan of sweet potatoes! I add them to egg scrambles, lunch bowls, or use them as an easy side at dinner throughout the week πŸ™ŒπŸ» 1. Cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes. 2. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Roast at 375 F for 40-50 minutes (or until cooked to your liking), tossing halfway through. Easy peasy! πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
