I've never been a "health nut" or someone who preaches about daily yoga or jogging(which aren't bad things -just haven't been my thing. Yet).
I'm now reaching a point in my life where I realize that taking care of myself is much more important than I ever thought before.
Especially since I have a wonderful husband and three amazing boys who count on me to be around. While I'm not some crazed drunk or crack head I could stand to do WAY more self care!
When your health isn't right(mentally or physically)NOTHING IS RIGHT.
No matter how many inspirational quotes you post. Start with making the decision to change ONE thing. That one thing can be to throw the cigarettes away, to go to the gym every morning, to stop drinking, get rid of toxic people, stop pill popping...and then follow through with your promise to yourself. Very day is a brand new chance to "get it together."
