Society doesn’t reward defeat, and you won’t find many failures documented in history books. The exceptions are those failures that become steppingstones to later success. Such is the case with Thomas Edison, whose most memorable invention was the light bulb, which purportedly took him 1,000 tries before he developed a successful prototype. “How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?” a reporter asked. “I didn’t fail 1,000 times,” Edison responded. “The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.” When we take a closer look at the great thinkers throughout history, a willingness to take on failure isn’t a new or extraordinary thought at all. From the likes of Augustine, Darwin and Freud to the business mavericks and sports legends of today, failure is as powerful a tool as any in reaching great success. “Failure and defeat are life’s greatest teachers but sadly, most people, and particularly conservative corporate cultures, don’t want to go there

The first step is to write down and specify your goals in detail and the time when you want the goals to be achieved either, in 3, 5 and or 10 years time. For example, if you want to double your earnings in the next 10 years, or if you want to be promoted in your firm in the next 2 years, or i if you want to be at a certain weight in 1 or 2 years, just write down the goal down and the desired timeline - Remember goals without timelines are just dreams. Then for each goal, write it down in as much detail as possible so that you can really visualize that goal. Then break it down into smaller goals. For example, if my goal was to loose 5kgs in 3 months, then i would break it down into smaller goals like 1,3kgs in 1 month, which comes to about 0,33kgs in one week. Suddenly this amount seems like something I can actually achieve in a week and continue doing so each week. The same goes for your business, financial and personal goals. Too vague goals are no good, for example, if i say 'I will earn more money', this is too broad, but 'I will earn more money by next year by getting a second job' or 'by selling some stuff from home', etc. Those are more specific and put you on a better path 💯

Working like a slave to me is like challenging yourself. First of all you need to have aim; dreams or goals and you need to aim high. If you challenge yourself, you will grow, your life will change, your outlook will be positive. We all know that it will never be easy to reach your goals, but don’t make that an excuse to stop. Just tell yourself that, ‘I can do this’. I’ll keep on trying until I win. I’ll find a solution to overcome these obstacles,to overcome these challenges. I’ll get rich or die trying.’Try to stretch yourself and love the challenge of looking for new things and new ideas. If you come across with challenges definitely you will find a solution.Kick away whatever is on your way, pride and fear, throw that away, keep moving. If you have to climb mountain, climb it. If you have to cross an ocean,do so. Be the one who break a record. Tell yourself that you will never scare anything, never be discouraged and you will never turn back until you get what you want. As I have mentioned above, reaching your goals is never be easy, but it mustn't be a reason for you to quit or to stop without trying. If someone has failed before that doesn't mean that you will fail too. Don’t even listen to people who will tell you that you will never win there. What you need to do if in case you fall on that road, - GET UP, and dust yourself, and find out what you have done wrong. Don’t be in that list of the losers. Just work like a slave, rewards will follow believe me.Just once, do something, start something that will make you live like a king in future. Even if it going to take you two years or more.Let people ask themselves, how did you get there? Prove them all Wrong.

Enjoying a good life is common to us all. We all want the same things, good health, positive relationships, fulfilling career, and enough money to live comfortably. But, there are others that want a life of abundance and prosperity. These are the ones that have dreams of doing great things, having successful businesses, visiting interesting places, meeting extraordinary people, and having the ability to help others financially. If you are going to enjoy a life of abundance and prosperity it will require some action. This should be obvious. But, sometimes the obvious is frequently overlooked. You didn't get to where you are today without taking some sort of action. So, it makes sense that if you have a vision in your head about where you would like to be in the future, it will require action. The problem with most people is, even though they may have the knowledge to do some particular thing, they lack putting the necessary action behind that knowledge. Why is it that most people find it difficult to put the necessary action behind their knowledge? I believe it is nothing more than a lack of belief. What you believe is what you will achieve.

Life can be brutal
Life can be unforgiving.
If i had to sum up in 1 word the difference between the greats and the average.
The difference between the successful and the nobodies of the world.
1 word.
1 attribute to describe the difference…
------
DISCIPLINE.
If you don’t have the discipline
You can forget about freedom.
You can forget about the success, the greatness.
ALL SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE HAVE DISCIPLINE.
------
It’s the discipline to work hard…
You know – NOT when everyone is watching.
But when no one is watching.
When your friends aren’t there.
When the coach isn’t there.
When it’s just you and your character.
-------
The discipline to say NO
.
When those around you choose to be average.
--------
The discipline to KEEP going WHEN IT HURTS.
Because LIFE doesn’t give you what you want.
It gives you what you deserve.
And if you haven’t worked for it.
If you haven’t sacrificed for it.
If you haven’t given your all.
Then – you don’t deserve it.
AND, you WON’T GET IT
-------
SHOW YOUR CHARACTER!
Remain disciplined.
STAY STRONG!
--------
Don’t say why the pain.
Don’t say WHY ME
Say TRY ME!
Say “Is that all you’ve got ?!”
Give me more!

It’s easy for the day to get away from you if you let it, which is why it’s important to take control of the day and bend it to your will 👌🏽There will always be distractions and things getting in the way of what you have planned for the day, so you have to make sure that what you want to get done takes priority 💯Get into the habit of letting the day run you and you will stack many days up that don’t go your way. Have a clear plan for what you want to accomplish for the day and make sure that you stick to that plan 👍🏽

The more you put off doing things that you want to do, the more time slips you by. 🕤Sometimes before you know it, you look around and years have gone by and you still haven’t done what you wanted to do. 🙄 Work with time and work on getting your tasks completed! 😊👍🏽

Enjoyed the day out riding with my father 👍🏽😎 #bikelife

Getting knocked around by failures is never fun or easy, but this advice from Churchill reminds us that it’s vital that you remain enthusiastic when facing your next venture, or you can expect more of the same. It’s not an easy task, but it’s clear to see that if you let your defeats get you down you only make it harder to get that next success under your belt. Make an effort to get enthusiastic about your current endeavor, regardless of how many times you’ve fallen short in the past. This is sure to result in a success or two, which builds momentum and makes it easier to get excited about what you’ll do next 🌟

This is a great way to look around you and see what it is you can do with the resources you have on hand right now. Don’t say things like “if only I had this… or “I need to do that before I can do that… as these are just clever ways of putting things off to a future point that never comes. The fact is there are things you could be doing right now that will further your endeavors. Work on those and everything will start to fall in place, you’ll be where you need to be, and you’ll have what you need to have to get bigger things done 🌟

They say you should be careful what you wish for because you just might get it. In this case if you are going to be wishing, it’s better to wish that you were better able to handle the task at hand, rather than wishing for an easier task. It’s may seem like a subtle shift, but it takes the focus off of the difficulty of what’s in front of you, and turns it inward so that you can grow to the challenge. It’s better for you to grow than for the challenge to shrink, because you always want to be improving and getting better❗️
