雖然今次推得衰😂😂但係依個重量係我上次比賽第三次試舉既重量,依家可以係訓練中做到,對我黎講已經係一個好大既進步,肩既傷都慢慢穩定緊,希望黎緊上海既比賽有一個好成績,繼續努力🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🔥

其實powerlifting既訓練除左三項主項大重量既訓練亦都有好多accessories既訓練可以提升到表現
今次rackpull 比起上次做得好左好多,搵到lock upper back更穩既感覺,但係一拉都仲有小小鬆左,有待改善🐒

發現左身邊既朋友仔玩deadlift 好多都唔知要lock upper back, 其實lock upper back 會好明顯feel到lift 起個一下會順同strong好多,各位不妨下次deadlift 既時候可以一試,小小心得🐒🤙🏼
