Using the energy of tonight's New Moon in Gemini (My Signs New Moon) for tonight's Manifestation Meditation 🙏🏼 My Meditation ritual tonight includes putting out my Crystals for cleansing & charging in this powerful "New Moons" beams.
The New Moon is the beginning of our 29 day lunar month. The "New Moon" is a time of the Lunar Cycle when the moon is sitting roughly between the Earth & the Sun. This is when the Sun is shining on the ‘dark side of the moon’, the side of the moon we do not see, because the side that faces the Earth is not illuminated.
This is a Super New Moon and a time to be mindful of your thoughts, as this is the most potent time of the month for manifesting whatever you are focusing on.
Gemini (that's me) is an Air sign and is ruled by Mercury. This new Moon may have you inspired with new insights, creative thoughts, new ideas & visions. Use the Gemini multi tasking vibration to start acting on all positive insights you receive simultaneously.
Allow yourself to be inspired with this new moon and allow your higher self/soul self to follow the the path that gives you greater freedom, least resistance & brings bliss to your soul. 🔮 My New Moon ritual: I usually start in a space that I feel comfortable, safe and free of distractions, sitting in lotus pose, eyes closed, breathing deep, quieting my mind, being mindful of my thoughts and bringing my focus to my breath & the present moment.
I usually say a little "prayer" or mantra to the Earth & Moon, and give my thanks & appreciation for this life. I find starting all meditation with gratitude sets the practise for one that is heartfelt, loving & appreciative.
I then bring my thoughts to focus upon all that I wish to manifest in the coming month for myself, for my family & for the world & always base it upon love & light.
I then place my crystals carefully in a space where they are touching the earth & are in full focus of the sky above, being mindful of my positive thoughts & intentions I am setting when I hold / handle my crystals.
I sit in meditation for as long I feel I need to be there, continuing deep breaths & being in my "mind space" that feels safe for me (cont below:)
