Sunday agenda: food prep. Sooo tiring but at least I don't have to cook for the next 4-5 days. Also I realized that I need more containers!! 😂
Menu: soy chcken drumsticks, drumsticks with sweet pickles, scrambled eggs with onions, omelette with green onions, stir fried vermicelli with enoki mushrooms, steamed basa fillet with tofu, vegetables including broccoli, yam leaves and lettuce, brown rice with quinoa.
