Was a little bit hesitant to share this but this year is all about breaking my barriers down. •
Yes, I am not flexible AT ALL, and yes I’m still figuring out all this health shit and stretches at the moment, yes this is me doing stretches in my pyjamas FRESH outta bed (like you can’t tell) but this is all for progress. Also this was a SUPER quick stretch this morning because it woke up half an hour later than I wanted to, but enjoy anyway! 😉

Ive been having to drag myself out of bed the last few days, but this morning felt a little bit easier. Did an early stretch session for my legs, one of my goals this year is to be able to do the splits to help with my Pole sessions. •
Breakfast this morning was a green tea and smoothie bowl with fresh strawbs 🍓🍓🍓
