Here you go! Enjoy making and eating it. The sweetness of the blueberries comes out perfectly so You don’t need to add any honey or sugar. Change your measurements to suit your needs.
Blueberry crisp recipe
1/4 cup flaked almonds (no skin)
1/4 cup chopped almonds (with skin)
1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
1 Punnet fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon unsweetened vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
Unsweetened flakes coconut (optional)

1) preheat the oven to 150c. Chop all the almonds and place in a glass bowl. Add the sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds, salt, olive oil.
2) blitz/purée half of the blueberries and add them to the chopped nuts and seeds.
3) evenly spread the mix onto a baking tray (use a baking a sheet)
4) bake in the oven until golden brown.
5) if you wish you may add the coconut towards the end as it may burn if added too early on.
6) allow the mix to cool and then add some fresh blueberries.
7)store in a glass jar for up to 5 days in the fridge. #shelinamediratta
