Banana Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes 🍌🍌🍌🍌🔥🔥🔥🔥.. Serves: About 6 pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oats (rolled oats or quick-cooking oats will work)
1 banana
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg whites (2 eggs)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons milled flax seed (my personal addition) *Can add 2-3Tablespoons of Almond Milk to thin batter*

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and pour batter onto a greased skillet. Cook until the batter starts to form little bubbles and you can easily get under the pancake with a spatula. Flip pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until pancake is cooked through.

Top with banana slices, maple syrup, chocolate chip minis, fruit , whatever you like and serve.

These are both energy balls and lactation balls as well. Good for energy as a snack on the go or as a milk supply boost for breastfeeding moms. Try it! 🌰🌰🌰🌰 Ingredients:
1 cup of oats (old fashioned or instant)
½ cup of peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
½ cup of honey
1 cup of coconut flakes
½ cup of ground flax seed
½ cup of mini chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for one half hour. Roll into bite-sized balls. Roll balls in coconut flakes. Enjoy! (Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator)
