Cranky shoulders when pressing? Keep the ball in the socket!
The top picture shows a good bottom position on a DB Bench. Compare that to the bottom picture where the front of the shoulder is gliding forward in the socket. This can stretch the bicep tendon and labrum in the front of your shoulders, causing discomfort.
