5 MIN HOTEL WORKOUTS, believe it or not, help me eliminate days that I say "I can't workout"! I put together this fun ABS workout for those of you, who like me, spend a lot of time traveling and in hotel rooms. All it takes is 5 minutes so no matter how busy you are i KNOW you have at least 5 minutes to spare to work on yourself!!

I only have one week left on the lake so I'm taking my @powerupsnacks everywhere. Believe it or not Jet Skiing takes a lot of work so I need to stay fueled when I'm out there. Plus I don't trust leaving them in the house with my fam - they have sticky fingers πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
