Made some pork tenderloin in the instant pot tonight. Threw in some sun dried tomatoes garlic chicken stock salt and pepper for 50 min. It. Was. Perfect. Added in 2 tbsp of flour on sauté setting to make a gravy 👌🏻 and boom dinner was done. I’ve been craving butternut squash quite a bit lately so I roasted some up and topped with goat cheese. Everything was delish and the whole fam loved it—that’s always a huge score in this house 🤓

Dinner tonight! 😍😍 Turkey stuffed acorn squash....Ground turkey sautéed with onions, bell pepper, roasted bell pepper, mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roasted acorn squash rubbed with butter topped with salt pepper and a little brown sugar in the oven at 425° for about 45 min. Stuff those squash with the turkey mixture and top with your fav cheese (I chose goat). Delish and healthy!!! 👌🏻🤤

Dinner tonight 😍😍 sautéed green beans with salt pepper garlic powder and balsamic vinegar topped with my ground turkey meat and kielbasa mixture fried with onions bell peppers salt pepper garlic powder and Worcestershire. Topped with some feta (always have to add some cheese 😜) and I also put a few dollops of salsa on top **last minute “AHA” I’ll add this 😍 this was soooo good 🤤🤤

Dinnerrrr tonight...Mexican shredded chicken (I use taco seasoning and hatch valley flame roasted green Chile’s-I get from Costco, it’s so bomb 😍) topped with shredded cheese. The veggie is roasted butternut squash and chopped onions (seasoned with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder) topped with goat cheese 🤤 melt in your mouth explosion of flavuhhhh 👌🏻👌🏻

I didn’t want to go tonight but did and glad I won the mind game 👹

Lunch was scrum-didly-umptious terrrrday 😋 fried up some onions bell pepper and kielbasa. Threw that in some chopped iceberg with shredded cheese (always 🙄) and some red wine vinaigrette 👌🏻 and does anyone else notice they can drink way more water in a day with a straw?! Because that’s me 🙋🏻‍♀️ 1/2 gallon down so far. It also helps to get a nice 32oz (or larguhhh) mason jar 😍 4 of these babies and you’re a gallon down 👊🏼☺️
