It's no secret my cooking skills are just as good as my attacking/shooting skills (non existent!) I'm seriously on the run all day from training to appearances, work and well.. more training so I just don't have the time (or skills) to cook! I've started getting @fivepointfour meals to help a sister out and they are awesome. We train 9 times a week for @aussiediamonds and I need to keep my body fuelled, so I've been having these bad boys on the run and adding some rice too as my body needs extra energy - we do a lot more than the average human. And it's also important I'm fuelling my body with the right foods and not eating junk on the run.
I did a lot of resesrch and found it hard to find the right fit with premade meals as I'm pescatarian and needed the right food to fuel for training, so I went for the 5.4 vegan meal plan and am loving it sick. I've always been one to focus on what I want to do in life and outsource the rest. I'm willing to accept I'm a terrible cook and spending 4 minutes heating a meal saves me hours of shopping and cooking throughout the week that I can now spend time on what I need (and want!) to do.
