When I have conversations about gender differences, our roles in this world and our biggest struggles I hear quite often a statement from man: Your life as a women is so much more challenging than ours. You need to go through periods, giving birth, emotional rollercoaster, glass ceiling, expectations on your certain behaviour even a higher thread of the domestic abuse.

I agree to some extend but at the same time I adore to be a women.

I love my emotional side (well, most of the time πŸ˜‰) because it allows me to experience the true depth of my feelings.
I embrace my vulnerability because it helps me to stay open-minded and empathic.
I cherish my inner strength because it helps me to go through the tough times and pain with better understanding and trust.
We, women, give so much care, light, warmth, support and joy...and a lot of LOVE β™‘

Before reaching for a magic pill try these yoga poses from this little tutorial I prepared for you.

These asana will help you to increase the oxygen levels, boost your circulation, release tension around your neck and calm your mind. * Neck stretches
* Easy pose with forward fall (Sukhasana)
* Thread the needle/ shoulder stretches (Parsva Balasana)
* Child's pose (Balasana)
* Forward fall (Uttanasana)
* Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
* Happy babe (Amanda Balasana)
* Relaxation (Savasana)

Stay in each asana from 5 to 10 breaths to feel the biggest benefits. Try to relax in each pose, breathing deeply. Imagine releasing stress and tension around your head, shoulders and neck with every exhale.

I wanna tap into an INTENTION idea during this week’s yoga classes.

Our intention, our Sankalpa, our desire that we are manifesting into this world, the message that we are sending to the Universe.. β€˜I wanna be like that, I wanna have that, I wanna achieve that….” Why is it so important to express our intentions from the place of our deepest conscious awareness and connectedness? Why is it so important to manifest our wishes while being in a total alignment on the mental, emotional and spiritual level?
Everything is energy and in a constant movement. We are the living manifestation of a pure energy. Each of our cell, each atom, each particle of our atom is made up of an energy. Basically, any matter in this world is energy. So there is nothing constant, nothing stacked and nothing solid (Yes Einstein theory rather than the Newton’s one ;) Moving on, our feeling is energy, our thought is nothing more than a circulating, spinning ball of energy and it can change into matter, your matter, your reality.

So it is extremely important to manifest this energy while being in a deep connection with the core of your being. Constantly cultivating the awareness and asking yourself questions – Do I really want it, or only I think I want it? Do I really want it or only my mum, society, or my ego wants it?

Sometimes our intention do not manifest itself. It is not becoming our reality even though we really, truly, deeply want it. Why?

The alignment is the answer. Your thoughts are not enough. Your mind work will not create the change. Your mind needs to be connected with your body. Your thoughts need to be in alignment with your emotions, also the hidden subconscious ones. An intention send as a thought need to have an emotional discharge.

What if you really want something and truly desire also with your heart but still don’t have it?
Again awareness…do your shadow work, uncover your story and break through your limiting believes. Maybe deep within you feel like you don’t deserve it or you are not ready to receive it at this point in time.

The most important thing is that everything is in a constant movement and we all have the key to access and open this door..

I always find hollow back handstands so refreshing and awakening πŸ™Œ

When you open up your eyes in the morning what do you feel?
Do you feel align with your actions and decisions; in touch with your inner voice?
Do you live in alignment with your life purpose?

Do you know what is your life purpose?

I have been asking myself these questions recently.. There is nothing more beautiful than embracing your authenticity, your beauty and your inner strength.
There is nothing more fullfiling than acting, living, even breathing in alignment with each layer of your identity.
It requires staying in touch, listening to body and practicing awareness in each and every moment. And being really brave...
