< Interconnectedness >
This is what I always look in my life… ▪ Being connected and present,
▪ Tuning into the rhythm and energy of the planet, feeling strong connection with the nature, ▪ Discovering links between emotional, mental and physical layers,
▪ Connecting body movement with my breath, ▪ Connecting to my Higher self.
Each time when I get a taste of union with all things, my greater sensitivity and compassion arises. And I feel more love. Each experience is a little more real and results in a greater appreciation for the preciousness of life. I don’t feel alone anymore.
I will elaborate more on the subject during this week’s classes.
Even though we are physically present on a yoga mat, we can be totally disconnected and absent-minded. Our mind wonders away thinking about the day, our past or future. We feel fragmented, disjoined and exhausted.
That is why I always start each class with a short meditation and grounding to help us to become present-minded, to connect through our breath, gain clarity and more energy, on and off the mat.
