What brain research says will make you happy--
1.Asking yourself what your grateful for- no answer? It's ok just searching helps
2.Label your negative emotions- giving it a name and your brain isn't so bothered by it-
3.Decide.. go for good enough not "best decision ever"-
4.Human touch.. give long real hugs. -- Get outside and love your self. --

Been on the go.. and needing some nature and fresh air in my routine.
