SHANI HORTON  My detox travel Life with two

A huge sweet slab of my heart✨
Sometimes it's a little scary how insync we are. We were best friends before lovers which most likely explains why we have such a strong friendship with so much respect and care for each other. Thanks for being my lover and my best friend @antoniuhorvat #foreverever

Hiked a solid 16.5km today. Waterfalls everywhere 🌱

Nature is one of our greatest teachers

Hiked Mt Iron one late afternoon to catch the sunset and frolick around on the mountain with the little dude.
Definitely a must do when in wanaka 🏔

Pit stop alongside lower Buller gorge. Epic views & drive. Also when we pulled into a cafe & first tried 'tui's' & 'speights' beer. We cooked up a frittata & some noodles for Brax.
Tips for road tripping with kids -
1. always pack snacks whenever you leave the car! Every hike we went on brax wanted food 😂
2. Pack your child a disposable camera! You can still buy these at Office works. So cool when you get it developed to see life through little eyes.

The drive along West Coast. I remember this day as it was long & we just finished our hike to Franz Josef Glacier at 3 degrees. The sun was setting and throwing some pretty pink & purple shades! We drove past this jetty to drive back & quickly catch the last glimpse of the sun before it had set for the day over the mountains. The best thing about memories is making them.
This view, moment & feeling is everlasting ✨

Breaking up all of the NZ posts with some of Australia's beautiful National Park scenery 🙌🏻 Hiked/climbed/crawled up South East QLD's tallest mountain over the weekend. Basically was lost & adventuring for 8 hours.
What a place to reconnect for the week ahead with some good people!

The famous road to Mt Cook. One of my favourite places in NZ. Having post adventure blues - I wonder where we will head next! Life in a campervan was so simple & free. Definitely recommend exploring via van.

Milford sound ~ 8th wonder of the world.
NZ knows how to waterfall 💦
It rains on average 200/365 days a year in the Fiordland. We were lucky enough to catch sun on the way out & rain on the way back in, meaning the waterfalls were pumping! A #NZmustdo

The devil's stairs case & also the place I smashed my phone screen 😅 An amazing scenic drive to Queenstown. Mountains by lakes is a view you can't get bored of!

Favourite hike in Mt Cook - Hooker Valley Track. 3 hours return and offered so much to see.

So many mountains, so so many ❄️
