Always like to add cable work into my triceps routine following a heavier compound movement.

I add the reverse grip in quite often. The contraction from performing one arm at a time is greater in my opinion compared to using a T-Bar attachment for example

Cant remember the last time i did these. I dont train traps regularly but when i do i usually stick to the smith behind the back shrugs.

Opted for this today for a change.

You can see in this clip that ive used plates to elevate my toes.
In the normal stiff legged deadlift, in order to get the greatest stretch on the hamstrings you'd have to bend at the hips, but this is not the most effective way to achieve that stretch.
By elevating the toes with plates there is a greater stretch in the calf muscles with places a greater stretch on the hamstrings

Try this simple adaptation and tell me you dont feel a much greater contraction πŸ‘
