I haven’t posted much, but also haven’t been to the gym in maybe 3 weeks, and I’m okay with it. I’m still meal prepping, but also enjoying fatty foods. If I want it, I have it. - Don’t forget about the mental, inner growth and recovery. Bad tooth pain, turned into a much needed break. You often work so hard on your physical body that you forget about the inner mental state. Taking the time to breathe a bit and focus on really healing. Healing my metabolism because competing can take a toll on it. So what I thought was menopause turned into hormones confused and finally got a normal cycle in check, my headache turned into the need of glasses and age saying “what’s up” and my scattered brain just telling me to rest. - My point is take care you inner body just as much as you your outer body. They both matter and need TLC.
