Aloe mixed with Tea fat burner
Snack - post workout shake
Lunch - 1 of my meal preps chicken, turkey fish small portion sweet potato and veg
Snack - Herbalife shake F1
Dinner - meal prep chicken, fish, turkey small portion sweet potato and veg
Sometimes if I want to eat junk I have another shake keep my blood levels normal.
So that's exactly what I'm doing to get my body in shape. My results have been progressing every week and feel positive of the impact these simple habits have had on me.
