Shaelyn Putnam  You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you.🌸 ~ Augustine

Something that I have been wanting to do is to be able to see and experience different countries. Today God surprised me. I got to go to my 6th country today. Even something that might seem so little in people's eyes doesn't mean that it is little in God's eyes. He cares about the little things.🙂

I can't believe that my school was commissioned last night and that after 6 very short months, my Discipleship Training School has come to an end. DTS has been a season of transformation in my life. It has been filled with many laughs, tears, and many life changing moments with friends that have become so dear to me. Even though I'm sad that it has come to an end, it's just the beginning of something even greater. Thank you Jesus!

Jesus, hot tea, and a pretty view.✨

I've been back in England for over a week now, and it has been so nice to have a warm welcome back and to be with my friends that have become family to me. In 5 days we are commissioned from DTS, and in 24 days I start DBS🙂.

I can't believe that these last two months of outreach have come to an end and that I fly back to England today. This time here has been indescribable. Chile has been an amazing time for me and I love this country with all my heart. Although I'm sad to be leaving, I am beyond excited to see and hear about how God will continue moving in this nation.
Until next time Chile! 🌊

Oh how I am going to miss this place that I have grown to love.

So happy that I got to spend the last 2 months, in a new nation, with one of my best friends. I am so thankful for you.💙

Today I got to surf in Pichilemu, Chile, one of the surfing capitals of the world. For the limited times I have gotten to be in the ocean that I love, this has been my favourite. 🌊

I love this little lake☀️

This past week we stayed at the YWAM base in Constituciòn helping with disaster relief work caused by the fires. Every day we traveled to Santa Olga where we gave out food, clothes, toiletries, and basic needs that a person has. We spent time encouraging and praying over the town and for the people there. Santa Olga was a town that was destroyed and burnt down by the fires and has left hundreds of people homeless. God is really using the church there to love and encourage the people who have been effected by the fires and I truly believe that God has an amazing plan and future for this town!

Days that include laying on the beach and journaling are the best. Mí gusta mucho🙃

Update: this past week we travelled to Pichilemu to attend a camp held by a local church in Santiago that we attended. I wasn't sure what I would be expecting coming to the camp, but God is always full of surprises. God did the unexpected (as always) and He is a good, good Father. My heart is full of love for these people.
This next week we are travelling to Constitución to work with the YWAM base there with the fires in the local area for a week, and then back to Pichilemu for our last week of ministry in Chile.
