I looove coming home to Miami just to try out the fitness studios down here ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I'd say @bodytekwynwood is a mix of Barry's meets Fhitting room meets Brick. In other words IT'S AMAZING. @thefitmd led the class this morning with 8 different stations & 4 exercises each. There were battle ropes, TRX bands, kettle bells, rowers, the list literally goes on. Only sidebar is since the classes are so big, it would be awesome to have another instructor present, but other than that I highly recommend if you're ever in town. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I can't tell you how difficult it was for me to get up this morning and have the motivation to workout...but I did. I've been in a funk these past few weeks forsure. I first got into fitness by taking classes with @classpass so I've decided to put #PPSFB on hold and just take classes to get my motivation up. Today's class was called Stacked. You do a series of 6 exercises starting with 1 and stacking it up to 6. Two different rounds. It's nice not having to figure out what workout to do and just follow the lead โœจ

Getting up for today's Ropes & Rowers class was TOUGH. But I did it and rowed my life away (kidding but not really). Can you tell it's my favorite class at @equinox? ๐Ÿ˜ #ishouldventureout #trynewthings #maybenextweek

One of my favorite things about doing a late night workout is having my protein shake at home! I can add bananas๐ŸŒ, ice, milk๐Ÿฅ›, and it just tastes 100x better than shaking it up in a blender bottle at work ๐Ÿ™„ Anyone has shake recommendations that don't taste terrible with water for those days?

Been a little MIA these past few weeks. Rest assured I've still been keeping up with my workouts at least 3 times a week (would like to up that to 4). Some social detox was much needed and I got to enjoy the holiday weekend and come back strong. CAN U BELIEVE WERE HALFWAY THROUGH 2017??? I sure can't. But most of all I'm just proud of myself for really making this a lifestyle, old me would have given up months ago. #enjoythejourney โฃ๏ธ

Took my first @rowhousenyc class at the chelsea location ๐Ÿšฃ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ While I love the rower, I didn't know if I could really do a whole class of it but we had a nice little core break around the middle of it ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ Plus I love how the email you your stats right after class! (โžก๏ธ swipe to see!) Will definitely be frequenting this place when I want to get some cardio in ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Found my newest challenge...the ab wheel rollout. I'm not good at these AT ALL. But seeing as it's incorporated twice a week for #PPSFB phase 2 I'll be a pro in no time ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ #notreallytho #immatry #minichallenges

Physique update: still no abs ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธBUT ITS ALL GOOD THO. ๐Ÿค— I had a two week break between phase 1 & 2 of @progresspure Sculpt & Fat Burn bc I got sick and went to Miami. But I started the Metabolic Boost phase yesterday and MAN. Not only did it keep my heart rate up the whole time but today's upper body workout was killer. Kind of scared what lower body will be ๐Ÿ˜ณ So far I'm really loving the guide and being able to make use of the gym equipment at @equinox ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ .
