Did some Fun Friday Flow 🧘🏻‍♀️
Puppypose➡️forearmplank➡️Forearmstand or Headstand is part of my practice. Even forearm or handstand press is super hard after backbend, core work is important.
In this flow I enter camel quietly fast after headstand. but please take a break if you hold a long time in inversion pose. This video is near 3mins flow so I speed up quietly fast .

I don’t know how many times I Practice same yoga poses. (Hoping my #kapinjalasana didn’t make you bored 😅) Sometimes I feel like I know about the asana well but the truth is even I practice thousands times, nothing is same. Every practice is new start and through reiteration I found a new thing which want to call awareness. / Wearing @aloyoga in my absolutely fav tricky Balance pose kapinjalasana 💙#practicedaily 요가연습은 끝이 없다라는 걸 연습할수록 느끼네요.

Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed or offended. But what you're doing when you indulge these negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you. Here is How to do #ekapadakapotasana :) I’m sharing enter from ustrasana. This is typical way to enterying but I also like from virasana or urdhvadhanurasana.
Point while practice •when you practice this pose, first be sure to be stable in kapotasana. •Once you enter kapotasana move hands one side and grab the foot or heel. ( if you can go more further you might can grab your shin which I shared the photo last time) •Press down into both elbows and curl your face toward foot. •Think your upper body is inverted cobrappse. •before lifting the leg give a second to find a inner balance. Do not rush. Try step by step
•to avoid lower back pain using more thigh ( leg) like a when we practice ustrasana. Remember our lower back has already have a natural curve. So let them use naturally. •Practice mindfully. Yoga is not a competition it’s always be your own journey of yourselves.

Did you ever heard backbends comes from strong leg? Every time I practice this phrase touching my heart. Backbend is not only for opening our shoulder upper front body. It also need strong strong fundamental of our legs. So I put lots of hip opening and standing pose while I practice backbends. When my inner strength is more stable I feel backbend comes more comfortable.
